Flossed everyday

Said “no” more often

Saved more money

Exercised more

Did something fun instead of laundry

Read fiction instead of self-help

Stopped striving for perfection

Stopped caring what other people think

Did the things that make me happy, even for just one day

Stopped thinking about the past and future and lived in the moment

Meditated

Let go of all negative self beliefs

Would everything fall apart? Would everything improve? Would I become the best version of myself? Or would all these things just be different things to focus on?
